In April of 2022, after following the industry for almost a decade, I finally bought a 3D printer.
Luckily I live just 60 miles from MatterHackers, so I was able to visit the experts and play with a wide range of machines and different technologies. The Raise3D Pro3 is a high-end dual-extrusion FDM printer – and a pricy toy in my case – but it has been a lot of fun to create with.
My very first print was their print-in-place spinner keychain in red & white PLA.
